Birds are very sensitive creatures.
Exotic Birds are not PETS, Children's or Adult TOYS.
They
are
not entertainment although they are gifted to give people many
hours of
pleasure.
We
uphold
a strict policy and process for adoption of a companion
bird.
In considering you as candidate for adoption our main focus
is to the welfare of the bird and its happiness in your home.
Our birds are not homeless nor in need to be saved and only few may be available.
We list only adoptable birds at owner's request.
Adoption
is a long term commitment not a short process for a quick fulfillment.
If
you
are serious about adopting one of our available bird, please consider
your yearly financial
obligation along with the initial cost when adopting in your budget.
Please be sure to read our requiremts before applying for adoption.
We require also a home visit before and after adopting a bird along with a
binding contract.
The cost of travel for home visit will be prepaid to us by the
applicant @ .55 cent per mile.
Please do
not call or email for fees on adoptable birds. We are not a sore nor have a priice list.
Adoption
donation fees vary according to the individual bird and this will be
discussed once
your application and home
visit are approved.
Process
of applications may take up to 3 weeks.
Please be patient when adopting, it is not a sale.

A non-refundable application processing fee of $20.00 must accompany application
along with a copy of Driver's Licence and Proof of recidency.
Applications not complete will not be processed for consideration of adoption.
